Elenza Mae (Jones) Johnson

Elenza Mae Johnson passed from this life October 19, 2018, at the age of 67, in Paris, Texas. She was born May 19,1951, in Talihina, Oklahoma, to Albert Charlie Jones and Rhoda Myrtle (Carterby) Jones.

She married Jim Johnson on December 26, 1987, in Moyers, Oklahoma, and they were blessed with many happy years together. She worked as a CNA at the Antlers Nursing Home and enjoyed working with the patients there. Most of all, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

Elenza is preceded in death by her parents: Albert and Rhoda Jones; brothers - Wilburn Jones & John Baker; sisters: Eliza Alexander & Caroline Carter; nephew: Christopher Jones and a niece: Deloris Carlile.

She leaves behind her husband: Jim Johnson of the home; brother: Abraham Jones & wife Sue of Moyers, Oklahoma; sisters: Clara Jones & husband Donald of Haskell, Oklahoma, Nancy Peters & husband Floyd of Antlers, Oklahoma; nieces & nephews: Tina, Rhoda, Michael, Darrell, Charlie, Kelly, Donnie, Timothy, Kay, Caleb, Austin, Logan, Lucas, Remington, Andrew, Skyler, Lisa, Kim, Lorelei, Kalli, Autumn, Girlie, Gavin, Rhythm, Hedrix, Jagger, Michelle, David, Eric, Brittany, Stephanie, Re Re, Cassidy, Jacob, Catlynn, Mckinna, Savage Jack, Avary, Maddox Steven; along with other relatives and friends.

Funeral services for Elenza Johnson will be held 10:00 AM Monday October 22, 2018 at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel in Antlers, Oklahoma.Reverend Aaron Reed will be officiating. Pallbearers include: Michael Watts, Charlie Jones, Darrell Jones, Tim Jones, Donny Jones and Matthew Sullivan. Honorary Pallbearers include: WL Jones Jr, Trygve Jorgenson, Leon Jones, Wayne Jones, Ernie Baker, Arnold Baker, David Johnson, Donny Worle.

Viewing for Elenza will be Sunday October 21, 2018 from 12 - 8 PM at Serenity Funeral Service.
