Juanita Pearl (Quaid) Hinds

Juanita "Nina" Pearl (Quaid) Hinds, 96, passed from this life December 29, 2018 in Antlers, Oklahoma. She was born January 13, 1922 to Bert and Pearl Maude (Laster) Quaid at Yuma, Arizona.

Juanita married Robert Lee "RL" Hinds October 14, 1940 in Cloudy, Oklahoma. She was a model housewife and enjoyed crocheting, sewing, quilting, cooking, collecting snow globes, messing with her beautiful flowers, and being around her friends and family.

She is preceded in death by her husband: RL Hinds; sons: Benny Joe, Harley and Bill Hinds; daughters: Pearl Beal, Roberta Langley, and Nomi Hammons; parents: Bert and Pearl (Laster) Quaid; brothers: Bill, Alfred and Karo; sister: Lois Shirley; granddaughters: Johnnie Ream, Juanita Jewel Ream, Lisa Renae Beal and Holly Belinda Hinds; and great grandson Ty Langley.

Juanita is survived by her sons: Bob and wife Frances Hinds of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, Buck and wife Jay Hinds of Hugo, Oklahoma, Benton and wife Rose Hinds of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Tim Hinds of Clayton, North Carolina; daughters: Wanda Bell and Sandy Hinds of Hugo, Oklahoma, Marcia Self and husband Johnny of Cloudy, Oklahoma, Glenda Pavia and husband Mike of Springfield, Missouri, and Shelly Young of Cloudy, Oklahoma; brothers: Jack Quaid and wife Betty of Kerman, California, and Albert Quaid of Santa Maria, California; grandchildren: Harley, Allan, Robert, Bob, Patty, Bradley, Kerri, Tommy, Cindee, Billy H., Patrick, Vivian, Charley, Traci, Kathy, Billy D., Leslie, Michael, Crystal, Leona, Downy, Michael D, Sean, Christopher, Daniel, Ethon, Tanner, Amos, Holly, Brittany, Blake, and Jake; great grandchildren: Lisa, Kourtney, Timmy, Nachelle, Abby Kate, Maggie, Hendrix, Aiden, Ashley, Caleb, Katie, Emma, Thomas, Sam, Lauryn, Waylon, Aubrianna, Jasmine, Kaitlyn, Natalie, Taylor, Sarah, Daniel, Justus W., Jayden, Landon, Jacob, John, Justus, Talon, Trinity, Calijah, Jordan, Justin, Hadlee, Will, Whitney, Tiffany, Courtney, Mallory, Rance, Emalee, Rosie, Lilli, Kensley, Delilah, Oliver, Annabelle, Abram, Kayd, Emery, Aurara, Elsa; great-great grandchildren: Aurora, Aubrie, Lexi, Samson, Rogue, Braggin, Paislee, Aubrie, Jaydee; along with many other relatives and a host of friends.

Funeral services for Nina will be held 2 PM Thursday January 3, 2019 at the Cloudy Baptist Church with interment following at Cloudy Cemetery.

Family night will be held 6-8 PM Wednesday January 2, 2019 at the Serenity Funeral Service in Antlers, Oklahoma.
