Nick Calhoun

Barry "Nick" Calhoun, 30, passed from this life on April 14,2019 in Atoka County. He was born November 17, 1988 in McAlester, Oklahoma to Eugena Doshier.

Nick was a Graduate of the Rattan Class of 2007. He married Heather Garman on June 11, 2016 in McCurtain County. Nick worked as a welder. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, four wheelers, and spending time with family and friends.

Nick is preceded in death by his son: Brycen Nicholas Calhoun; grandpa: Jack Doshier; and great-grandparents: EH and Lola Dunham.

Nick is survived by his wife: Heather Calhoun; children: Londyn Johnson, Brynlee and Emersyn Calhoun; mother: Eugena Doshier of Tyler, Texas; brother: Dustin Hunter and son Weston Hunter of Spencerville, Oklahoma; sisters: Stephanie Hudson and husband Kris, and their sons Jaxen and Cullen of Spencerville, Oklahoma, Whitney Hedrick and husband Kevin, and their children Baielyn and Kyli of Spencerville, Oklahoma; grandparents: Lona and Tob Anderson of Antlers, Oklahoma; along with many other relatives and a host of friends.

Honorary pallbearers include Kris Hudson, Kevin Hedrick, Derick Hudson, Cody King, Rhett Phillips, Dustin Hunter, and Klay Jameson.

Funeral Services will be held 3:30 PM Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Serenity Funeral Service Chapel in Antlers, Oklahoma.
