Sampson Dewees

Sampson "Sammy" Dewees, age 43, passed from this life in Antlers, Oklahoma on January 18th, 2020. Sampson was born to Norma Dewees and Hudy Paul Dewees on September 15th, 1976 in McAlester, Oklahoma.

Sammy lived in the Antlers area for fifteen years, he married Monica Sue Standridge on September 3rd, 2009 in Clayton, Oklahoma. Sammy was affiliated with the First Baptist Church in Antlers, Oklahoma. He also attended the West Side Church in Antlers, Oklahoma. Sammy enjoyed collecting hot wheels cars. He loved to fish and to go camping.

Sammy is preceded in death by his father in law: Daniel Standridge.

He is survived by his loving wife: Monica Sue Dewees of Antlers, Oklahoma; uncle: Darren Standridge of Antlers, Oklahoma; nephew: Bradley Williams of Antlers, Oklahoma; sister in law: Alicia Williams of Antlers, Oklahoma; as well as Leonard Glover of Antlers, Oklahoma and Victoria Hamilton of Antlers, Oklahoma.

A memorial service for Sampson Dewees will be held on Monday January 27th, 2020 at Serenity Funeral Service at 2pm.
