Alice Inez Freeman, a long time resident of Antlers, OK, passed from this life on July 1, 2025 at the age of 76. She was born in Hutchinson, TX to Freeland Hise and Annia Lue (Graham) Hise on September 11, 1948. 

Alice was of the Pentecostal faith. She worked as a Personal Care Assistant with Oxford Home Health for many years, before eventually retiring from Country Style Home Health. She loved passing her time doing puzzles, and spending the days with her beloved dog Harley. Above all else, Alice cherished the time spent with her grandkids, and great-grandkids, whether they were playing games as a family or just enjoying each other's company. 

Alice is preceded in death by her husband Meridith Freeman; son: Jimmy Freeman; parents: Freeland and Annia Lue Hise; brothers: Jerry Hise and Donnie Hise; and grandparents: Elmer and Dottie Graham, and JD and Iola Hise.

Alice is survived by her children: Tamela Ruth and husband Elza of Altus, OK, and Tonya Penick and husband Ron of Antlers, OK; brothers: Alvin Hise and wife Katherine of Pensacola, FL, and Elmer Hise and wife Geneva of Idabel, OK; sisters: Judy Cole and husband Buddy of Big Cedar, OK, and Freeda Stone and husband Charlie of Antlers, OK; grandchildren: Trisha and Josh Vanderburg of Moyers, OK, Jeramy Lynn of Antlers, OK, Rebecca Hull of Moyers, OK, Scotty Freeman of Antlers, OK, Jennifer and Brandon Wilson of Antlers, OK, Stormi Freeman of Cloudy, OK, Madison and Maverick Bridges of Atoka, OK, Richie Stegall of Antlers, OK, Jon Penick of Antlers, OK, and Nick Penick of Antlers, OK; great-grandchildren: Dylan and Hope Vanderburg of Antlers, OK, Destiney Vanderburg of Moyers, OK, Daltyn Vanderburg of Moyers, OK, Savanna White of Antlers, OK, Savannah Lynn of Antlers, OK, Brandon Hull of Moyers, OK, Maci Wilson of Antlers, OK, Jace Wilson of Antlers, OK, Thomas Dow of Rattan, OK, Jimmy Bridges of Atoka, OK, Max Bridges of Atoka, OK, Blaklynn Beasley of Rattan, OK, and Bobbie Beasley of Rattan, OK. 

A graveside service will be held on Monday, July 7, 2025 at 10AM at the Bates Cemetery in Antlers, OK.
