Cecelia Ann Harbuck, aged 89, passed away on August 16, 2023, in Antlers, Oklahoma. Born on September 29, 1933, in Tolleson, Arizona, Ann was a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, known for her strong spirit.
Ann was preceded in death by her husband: Atward "Woody" Harbuck, in 1997; parents: Edwin and Emma Robins; her siblings: Barbara Robins and Edwin Sherman Robins; and children: Jean Moore, Eddie Pierce, Jackie Martin, and Jeff Harbuck.
She is survived by her children: Randy and Sue Pierce of Boswell, OK, daughter Robin Domingo of Kentucky, Vida Griffin, Jackie Sue Pettyjohn, Johnnie Labine, Patricia Harbuck, and Kim Harbuck, as well as her daughter-in-law Francis Pierce; and sons-in-law: Donnie Martin and Jerry Moore. She also leaves behind numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who will fondly remember her.
A dedicated hard-worker, Ann served as a seamstress for numerous years. Her younger years were spent as a peanut farmer in Western Oklahoma, a field she later returned to after moving to Antlers. Her commitment and perseverance allowed her to fulfill her goal of paying off her home, a task she carried out with great pride.
In addition, Ann was a regular volunteer at the local Nutrition Center, diligently ensuring that members of her community received wholesome lunches. She enjoyed visiting just as much as serving lunches.
Throughout her life, Ann maintained a love of dominoes and the game 42, activities she regarded as cherished pastimes. She also had a keen interest in collecting arrowheads, items that she found fascinating and rich in history.
Ann will be missed by her loved ones, cherished for her strong work ethic and community service. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who cherished her.
Services for Ann will be held at 2PM on Sunday, August 20, 2023 at Serenity Funeral Service. Interment will follow at Darwin Cemetery.
