Herbert Dean Wallace, known to all as Bert, was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on November 28, 1963 to Charles Ray Wallace and Betty (Hill) Wilson. He passed from this life at the age of 60 on April 28, 2024 in Mangum, Oklahoma surrounded by his beloved family and friends.

Bert was a hard worker in the construction business, and loved what he did. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycle, and came to be known as quite the ladies' man. Bert cherished time spent with those he loved, and his absence will be felt by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by: Betty Wilson, Chuck Wallace, Herbert Hill, and Mike Wallace.

Bert is survived by his daughter: Tedi Renae Horner; brothers: Shannon Wilson, and Charles Ray Wallace, Jr.; sisters: Debbie Wilson Forsythe, and Sheila Gail Culbertson and husband Todd; and grandchildren: Tristyn Wayne Young, and Andi Yvonne Young.

Services for Bert will be held on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at Serenity Funeral Service in Antlers, Oklahoma. Interment will follow at Antlers City Cemetery.
