Bobby Joe Childers

Bobby Joe Childers was born on October 23, 1977 in Antlers, Oklahoma to Joe and Callie (Campbell) Childers. He passed from this life on August 1, 2022 in Clarksville, Texas at the age of 44.

Bobby married Shayna Lee in McLoud, Oklahoma on August 1, 2009. He was a true outdoorsman, and enjoyed spending his time hunting, fishing, and riding horses. Above all else he loved spending time with his family and letting Ripp honk the big truck horn.

He is preceded in death by his uncle: Casey; cousin: Cody; and his father in law: Eddie Lee.

Bobby leaves behind to cherish his memory: his loving wife Shayna Childers of the home; children: James Childers of Antlers, Reagan Childers of Antlers, Hannah Dockery of Antlers, Colee Childers-Bandy and husband Matt of Ada, Oklahoma, Dallas Childers-Landreth and husband Justus of Antlers; step-children: Mckenzie Flanagan of Shawnee, Oklahoma and Dominick Radford of Shawnee, Oklahoma; nephew: Caden Lee of Antlers; parents: Joe and Callie Childers; grandparents: James and Mary Childers; cousin who he considered as a brother: Brad Hicklin and brother in law who was more like a brother: Josh Lee; grandchildren: Ripp Wesley, Jaysten, LuKasey, and soon to be 2 more; as well as a host of friends and relatives.

Services will be held at the Church of Christ Antlers of Friday 5, 2022 at 7PM.

Cremation services are under the direction of Serenity Funeral Service.
