Bonnie Jean (Cole) Dunlap passed from this life Tuesday, December 20, 2022, in Antlers, Oklahoma. She was born April 22, 1961, in DeQueen, Arkansas, to Marvin and Ava (Storie) Cole.
She enjoyed listening to music, especially "Her Elvis!" Bonnie also liked to smoke her cigarettes while drinking Mt. Dew and coffee. She was a special person who truly cherished life. Most of all, Bonnie loved taking care of her grandchildren.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband: Franky Dunlap; parents: Marvin and Ava Cole; step-son: Billy Frank Dunlap; granddaughter: Brittany Bragg; and great grandson: Gage Knight.
She leaves behind her companion: Scotty Wayman; children: Jason Bragg, April Hindman and husband Wesley and Melissa Bragg and husband Kevin Cochran; step-children: Cathy Dunlap, Lisa Dunlap and Christopher Dunlap; brothers: Henry Cole and wife Janie, Lee Cole and wife Christine and Johnny Cole and wife Retha; sister and best friend: Carol Hancock and husband Shorty; grandchildren: Dakota Knight and wife Heather, Taylor Hindman, Neica Bragg, Laura Mitchell, Skyler Greenwood, Trustin Mitchell, Tate Hindman, Bailey Mitchell and Jason Bragg; great grandchildren: Hazel, Destiney, Hope, Ryder, Raigen, Justice, Leland and Christian; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers include: Scotty Wayman, Johnny Cole, Joe Cole, Rocky Alford, Ron Dickson and R.J. Dickson. Honorary pallbearers include: Dakota Knight, Tate Hindman, Skyler Greenwood, Trusten Bragg and Jason Bragg.
Services for Bonnie will be held 2 PM Tuesday December 27, 2022 at Serenity Funeral Service with Chaplain David Kautt officiating. Interment to follow at Cole Cemetery in Antlers, Oklahoma.
Family night for Bonnie will be Monday December 26, 2022 from 6-7 PM at Serenity Funeral Service.
