Cara Dial Obituary

Cara Diane Dial

May 30, 1980 – December 2, 2025

Cara Diane Dial, 45, of Antlers, Oklahoma, passed away at her residence in Antlers on December 2, 2025. Born on May 30, 1980, Cara lived a life full of heart, passion, and a spirit uniquely her own.

Cara is survived by her husband, Joshua McGee, whom she loved dearly, and by her children — Mallex Barcus, Cydni Barcus, Caden Emmett, Lincoln Carper, Bryce McGee, and Kaden McGee — each of whom will carry their own memories of her in their hearts. Though life’s journey was not without challenges, her children remain an important part of her story, and they honor her in their own meaningful ways.

She is preceded in death by her father, Geary Alan Dial.

Those left to cherish her memory include her mother, Diane Dial Williamson; her brother, Matthew Dial (Teri); and her sisters, Kelli Giordano (John David) and Stacey Franks (Brent). She also leaves behind extended family, friends, and all who were touched by her presence.

Cara spent many years in the nursing profession, offering care with a gentle touch and a genuine heart. Her patients deeply appreciated her, and she found fulfillment in helping others through some of their most vulnerable moments.

Cara deeply valued the lifelong friendships she built. Her best friends — Courtney Duncan, Brittany Hughes, Mallory Haynes, and Brittany Mills — were not just friends, but her chosen family. With them she shared countless memories, unwavering support, and the kind of bond that stands the test of time.

A free spirit at heart, Cara loved traveling, music, concerts, beaches, and gardening. She found peace in simple joys and beauty in the world around her. Her adventurous nature, her laughter, and the spark she carried will be remembered by all who knew her.

Cara’s journey on earth has ended, but her memory will remain — held tenderly by those who shared her life, her stories, and her moments along the way.
