Carol Kay Perkins, 83, went to be with the Lord on April 27, 2026, in Paris, Texas. She was born on January 26, 1943, in Snow, Oklahoma, to Clarence Joslin and Lois (Noland) Joslin.
She was a woman of faith who liked sewing and reading. Carol was also an avid collector of stained glass art and porcelain dolls. She valued the time spent in her garden and had a knack for growing things. Carol had a great appreciation for experiencing life and enjoyed traveling all throughout the United States and Germany. Above all else, she loved spending time with her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband: Bill Perkins; parents: Clarence and Lois Joslin; brothers: Kenneth Joslin, Orville Joslin, and Harvey Joslin; sisters: Anna Lou Franks, and Evelyn Pound; and grandparents: James Washington Joslin, Mahalle Eveline Carr, Samual Luther Noland and Nellie Evelyn Hooker.
Carol leaves behind her daughter: Crystal Savage and husband John of Snow, Oklahoma; brother: Larry Joslin and wife Sue of Antlers, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Chad Savage and wife Jennifer of Snow, Oklahoma, Gavin Savage and wife Jacqueline of Snow, Oklahoma, Dakota Savage and Carra of Finley, Oklahoma, Dalton Savage and Cassidy of Bonham, Texas; great grandchildren: Clancy Savage, Whitley Savage, Jace Savage, Owen Savage, Brook Burrage and Lauren Burrage; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
Family night for Carol Perkins will be held from 6PM-8PM, Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel, in Antlers, Oklahoma. Funeral services will be held at 2PM, Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Andy Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Finley Cemetery, in Finley, Oklahoma. Pallbearers include: Chad Savage, Gavin Savage, Dakota Savage, Dalton Savage, Clancy Savage, Justin Simpson, Owen Savage and Jace Savage.
