Carrold Floyd Henagar passed from this life on June 4, 2022 in Dallas, Texas at the age of 80. He was born June 11, 1941 in Wayne, OK to Ben and Flora (Moss) Henagar.
Carrold graduated from Atoka High School in 1960. He married Eddie Speer on February 15, 1960. Carrold was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing for bass and catfish. He was a man of many talents and skills. Carrold used those skills in a number of jobs, including, mechanical works, making trim, automotive parts, the sawmill, Tinker Air Force Base and retired from the Oklahoma State Prison System. Most of all, Carrold cherished the time he spent with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Ben and Flora Henagar; sisters: twins, Mary Lou and Baby Girl Henagar, Alma Winn and Willie Sumner; brother: James Henagar; and nephews: Kim Henagar and Roger Sumner.
Carrold is survived by his wife: Eddie Henagar of the home; children: Gordon Lance Henagar and wife Deann of Ardmore, OK, Gregory Wayne Henagar and wife Jennifer of Centerpoint, OK, and Santana Speer of the home; brothers: Ben Henagar of Dewey, AZ, Harrold Henagar of Pima, AZ, and Donnie Henagar of Centerpoint, OK; sister: Ella Marquita Garoni of Cuero, TX; grandchildren: Patrick Henagar and wife Allie of Durant, OK, Sapphire Whaley and husband Skylur of Edmond, OK, Cassidy Henagar of Oklahoma City, OK, Mason Henagar of Norman, OK, and Hayden Henagar of USAF Base Japan; step-grandchildren: Laci Moreland of Atoka, OK, Loren Carlile of Lane, OK, and Austin Shahan of Centerpoint, OK; great-grandchildren: Riker Henagar and Emery Henagar; step-great-grandchildren: Jaggyr Holstine, Maxlyn Holstine, McKenna O'Neal, and Landyn Parker; he was also blessed with and survived by many nieces and nephews.
Family night will be on Friday, June 10, 2022 from 6-8PM at Serenity Funeral Service. Services for Carrold will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 10AM with Floyd Kaiser officiating. Interment to follow at the family cemetery in Centerpoint, OK. Pallbearers include Joe Curtis, Chris Tree, Tommy Henagar, Olen Speer, Brad Owens, and Jeff Rector. Honorary pallbearers include Bud Sutton, James Speer, Donnie Henagar, Frankie Hunt, Carl McAdams, and Brian Sumner.
