Claudette Jacqulene Mayne, 83, passed from this life Saturday, August 27, 2022, in Atoka, Oklahoma. She was born July 22, 1939, in Richland, Virginia, to Claude and Hazel (Smith) Hess.

She enjoyed reading and gaming. Claudette was also an avid leather worker. Above all else, she loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Claudette is preceded in death by her husband: Roger K. Mayne; father: Claude Hess; mother: Hazel Butler; daughter: Cynthia Mayne; and brother: Harry Hess.

She is survived by her children: Arthur Mayne, Robert Mayne, Lea Jones, and Renay Brown; twelve grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; as well as a host of other family members and friends.
