Claudette Ra McCullar passed from this life Thursday, December 15, 2022, in Atoka, Oklahoma. She was born November 15, 1959, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, to Raymond Branch and Claudine (Mabry) Smith.
She was a Christian woman and attended the Lighthouse Pentecostal Church. Claudette enjoyed camping, fishing, crocheting and riding motorcycles. She was also an exceptional cook. Above all else, Claudette loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.
Claudette is preceded in death by her husband: Everett McCullar; fathers: Milton Dean Smith and Raymond Branch; maternal grandparents: John Mitchel Mabry and Plina Irene Mabry; paternal grandparents: Leslie Glen Branch and Myrtle Branch; and bonus parents: Raymond and Mildred McCullar.
She is survived by her children: Matthew Thompson and wife Tricia of Tupelo, Oklahoma, Shannon Dunkin, husband Donnie Ray of Atoka, Oklahoma and Marti Heck and family; mother: Claudine M. Smith; brothers: Phillip Ray Smith and Raymond Glen Branch II; sister: Ramona Branch; grandchildren: Tasha Jordan, Jeremy Jordan and wife Kaylee, Brackus Williams and wife Tara Faye, Cameron Thompson and girlfriend Victoria, Nakitha Williams and fiance Hunter, Veronica Sutterfield, Kaige Williams and fiance Mason, Raylynn Willis and husband Levi, Caylee Thompson and fiance Tyler Burt, Kyeareha Williams and boyfriend Cort, Rhonda Sutterfield, James Sutterfield, Bryer RayJean Dunkin, Kinleigh Briar Williams, Rodney Ray Sutterfield, Brook Cole and Breanna Dunkin; great grandchildren: Christopher, Harley, Asher, Austin, Zayden, Chayson, Kanyon, Tayden, Evelyn and Oaklyn; as well as many other family members and friends.
