Clifford Donald McKinney

Clifford Donald "Donnie" McKinney was born on May 16, 1940 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to William H. McKinney and Mary Potts. He passed away on June 4, 2026 in Paris, Texas at the age of 86. 

Donnie was a proud veteran of the United States Army. He later received a Doctorate of Public Health, and made his career as a Psychologist. Clifford had made his home in Southeast Oklahoma for the past 40 years. 

He is preceded in death by his wife: Barbara McKinney; mother: Mary Potts; father: Bill McKinney; step-father: Charles Laster; and daughter: Twynda McKinney. 

Donnie is survived by his daughter: Charity McKinney of Tulsa, Oklahoma; sister: Diane Laster of Okmulgee, Oklahoma; grandchild: Madison MCKinney of Tulsa, Oklahoma; and great-grandchild: Ezra Senger of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. 

A graveside service will be held at Antlers City Cemetery on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 2PM with Pastor Jim Collier officiating. 

Services are under the direction of Serenity Funeral Service of Antlers.
