Corey Edward Holaday, 29, was born on June 5, 1992 in Durant, Oklahoma to Charles Albert Holaday and Kathleen Ida Day. He was a lifetime resident of the Antlers area before his passing on July 23, 2021.
Corey married Destiny Lynnette Green on September 1, 2015 in Antlers, OK. They made their home in Corey's hometown of Antlers, where they raised their three children. Corey loved to keep his hands and mind busy, which usually meant he could be found hunting, fishing, racing, or working on his trucks. He cherished his time spent with his family and friends, and enjoyed relaxing with a cold beer and good conversation.
Corey is preceded in death by his mother: Kathleen Ida Day; Uncle: Kenneth Day; and father and mother in law: Wayne and Mary Green.
He is survived by his wife: Destiny Lynnette Holaday of the home; children: Charlie Mae Holaday, Elijah Thomas Holaday, and Piper Elizabeth Holaday, all of Antlers, OK; father: Charles Holaday and wife Kim of Antlers, OK; brothers: Kodi Simpson of Caney, OK and Hunter Holaday of Durant, OK; sister: Bethany Holaday of Colorado; and grandparents: Willie and Mary Nancy Holaday; uncles: David Holaday, Steve and Gayleen Kirk and a host of special family and friends.
Services for Corey will be held 2 PM Wednesday July 28, 2021 at Serenity Funeral Service.
Family night will be held 6-8 PM Tuesday July 27, 2021 at Serenity Funeral Service.
