David Jacobs Obituary
David Jerome Jacobs, 84, passed away on July 23, 2021 at his home in Oleta, OK. He was born in St. Louis, MO on March 15, 1937 to Charles Benjamin and Anna Winifred (Townsend).
David was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He was a skilled farmer, woodworker, and carpenter who enjoyed Bluegrass music. David enjoyed the simple pleasures of smoking his pipe and the company of his beloved dog, Bully.
He is preceded in death by his wife; Lillie Jeanette Jacobs; Kenneth Walkup Tallbear; siblings: Charles Jacobs, Charlotte Ferguson, Mary Fittsgerald, and Naomi Stulce; and one grandson: Anthony Yanez.
David is survived by his children: Freddie Tallbear, Bobbie Lee Holmes, Stacey Jacobs, Roderick Jacobs, David Howard Jacobs, Naomi Gomez, Leah Deberah Cline, and Rachael Olvera; as well as 20 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
Services for David will be held on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 2PM at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel.
Services have been entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service of Antlers, OK.
