Dean Denton, 84, passed from this life October 5, 2024 in Antlers, Oklahoma. Dean was born to William and Thelma (Blaisdell) Denton on July 31, 1940 in Olathe, Colorado.

He married Sharon Maners June 12, 1960 in San Bruno, California. Dean served honorably in the United States Air Force and worked as an aircraft mechanic and retiring from TransAmerica Airlines. He enjoyed carpentry work, building additions, remodeling and making cabinets.

Dean was preceded in death by his parents: Will and Thelma Denton; brothers: Kenneth Denton and Richard Denton; sister: Eleanor (Denton) Alberts.

He is survived by his wife: Sharon Denton of Snow, Oklahoma; daughter: Tracy Olson of Castro Valley, California; brother: Melvin Denton of Chico, California; sister: Patricia Denton of Snow, Oklahoma; grandchildren: Shannon Cutler of Castro Valley, California, Melissa Deltoro of Brentwood, California, Elise Fischer of Mandan, North Dakota; great grandchildren: Maddison Cutler, Kassidy Cutler, Keneau Deltoro, Kamea Deltoro and Kaleb Dean Deltoro; along with other family and friends that were dear to him.

Private services will be held for Dean at a later date.

Cremation services are under the direction of Serenity Funeral Service in Antlers, Oklahoma.
