Dennis James Hollingsworth was born on July 30, 1956 to DJ Hollingsworth and Peggy Hollingsworth in Bartlesville, OK. He passed from this life, aged 66, at his home in Moyers, OK, on October 10, 2022.

Dennis was a true outdoorsman, with a love for animals and nature. He spent much of his time hunting, grilling, training dogs, fixing up old cars, and caring for his horses. Dennis found his greatest joy in spending time with his family outdoors.

He is preceded in death by his parents: DJ and Peggy Hollingsworth; brother: Doug Hollingsworth; and infant brother: William Hollingsworth.

Dennis is survived by his children: DJ Hollingsworth and wife Megan of Kiefer, OK, Jessica and husband Brandon Chancellor of Bartlesville, OK, and Laura Elsberry and husband Brad of Dewey, OK; sister: Brenda Copeland of California; and grandchildren: Davis Chancellor, Sydney Chancellor, Jaxon Elsberry, Jacie Hollingsworth, and Dylan Hollingsworth.

A family gathering will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 2PM at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel.
