Dezba Janet Eubanks was born on April 28, 1966 in Exeter, CA to Thomas Cullison and Rose (Brown) Cullison. She passed from this life on January 10, 2026 in Antlers, OK at the age of 59.

Dezba married Travis Eubanks on June 25, 1991 in Holbrook, AZ, and they made their home in Antlers, OK for the past 14 years. She was a lover of music, and cherished her collection of records. Dezba loved cooking for people, and taking care of her assortment of beloved animals. She spent her downtime watching her daily Soap Operas, working on crossword puzzles, but she also had a competitive side. She loved good competition whether it was card games or her favorite game of pool. 

Dezba is preceded in death by her parents: Thomas Cullison and Rose Allen and nephews: Jerome Cullison and Jeremy Cullison.

She is survived by her husband: Travis Eubanks of Antlers, OK; children: Adrian Padilla of Holbrook, AZ, Michelle Sample of Holbrook, AZ, and Crystal Eubanks of Wapanucka, OK; brother: Jerome Cullison of AZ; sister: Kathy Jordan of Farmington NM, Cindy Cullison of Holbrook, AZ, and Teresa Ford of Farmington NM; and grandchildren: Daymion Chapman, Devin Chapman, Alexander Deal, Kaleb Eubanks, Jordyn Padilla, Joey Padilla, Peyton Sample, Pyper Sample, Nevaeh Eubanks, and Kynzlie Hilburn.  

A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 10AM at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel.
