Donald Ray Kinder, aged 73, a cherished husband, father, PawPaw, brother, and friend, passed away on March 4, 2026, in Finley, OK. Born on October 18, 1952, in Lubbock, TX, Donald was a man whose life was characterized by dedication, kindness, and a deep love for his family.

Donald was a beloved member of Finley Baptist Church who enjoyed the simpler pleasures in life. He enjoyed passing his time roping and watching Western Movies. However, nothing brought him more joy than the time he spent surrounded by his family, creating countless precious memories that they will treasure forever.

He was preceded in death by his parents: James Don Kinder and Madeline Oriene, (Thomas) Kinder; son: Jeremy Tucker; sisters: Shirley Hughes and Patty Humphries; and grandson: Kaden Kinder. 

He is survived by spouse: Sharon Kay (Davis) Kinder of Coalgate, OK; children: Justin Kinder and spouse Karah of Midlothian, TX, Chris Tucker and spouse Kayla of Teague, TX, Jayme Kinder of Finley, OK, and Cheyenne Lovinggood and spouse Chancy of Coalgate, OK; siblings: Mark Kinder and spouse Lequita of Kaufman, TX and children Natalie, Wesley, and Kevin, and Donita Zimmerman and spouse Dennis of Forney, TX and children Amber and Casey; and grandchildren: Easton, Kason, Kylee, Clint, Clayton, Chance, Brantley, and Brennon.

No services are to follow. In lieu of flowers, Donald’s family would like to honor his legacy by making donations to Scottish Rite, Justin Cowboy Emergency Fund, or just pay forward a simple act of random kindness.
