Faye Campbell Obituary
Faye Lynn Campbell, 82, went to be with her Lord on October 15, 2021 in Durant, Oklahoma. She was born on February 27, 1939 in Fort Worth, Texas to Herman Proctor and Dollie (Newman) Proctor.
Faye had been a resident of the Antlers area for 3 years, and was a member of the Godly Connections Church. She enjoyed keeping her hands busy with crafting, volunteer work, and tending her garden. Faye was a fun-loving woman who loved to travel, and was known to cut loose and sing some karaoke.
She is preceded in death by her spouse: Bob Campbell; parents: Herman and Dollie Proctor; siblings: Kenneth Proctor and Linda Kilgore; and grandchildren: Jackie Shepard and David Spann.
Faye is survived by her children: Donald Spann and Wanda Pickett of Myrtle Beach, SC, Timothy Spann and Joyce Smith of Antlers, OK, and Cathie Shepard and Jack Shepard of Granbury, TX; grandchildren: Kristy Carmichael, Daniel Spann, Summer Erwin, Shannon Marsden, Shawn Davis, Scott Shepard, Todd Shepard, Donald Withers, Daryl Spann, and Michael Morris; as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other beloved relatives.
Memorial services will be held at 2PM, Saturday, October 23, 2021 at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel with Pastor Tommy Cornstubble officiating.
A committal service will be held 10 AM Monday October 25, 2021 at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Fort Worth, Texas.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Faye's name to Irene's House of Joy and Touch of Joy or New Beginnings Church at PO Box 485, Antlers, OK 74534.
Services have been entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service of Antlers.
