Frank Rosenthal, 88, of Antlers, Oklahoma, passed from this life with his family at his side on December 6, 2020. He was born on April 25, 1932 in Rattan, Oklahoma to Parker Rosenthal and Eva Mae (Boyett) Rosenthal.
Frank married Manolla Richardson on January 8, 1955 and they spent many wonderful years together. He played many roles in the Pushmataha community throughout his life, from working as a mechanic at the Chevrolet Garage for 14 years, to owning the Skelly Station for another 14 years, then serving as a volunteer firefighter and Pushmataha County Commissioner for District 2 for 12 years before his retirement. When Frank wasn't working and serving his community, he enjoyed passing his time by hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife, Manolla Rosenthal of the home; two sons: Rocky Rosenthal and wife Teri, and Guy Rosenthal and wife Karla; sisters: Isabel Murray and Ernestine Krohn; as well as a granddaughter: KelliJon Proctor.
Graveside service for Frank will be held 2PM on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Rattan Cemetery in Rattan, Oklahoma.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Rattan Cemetery Fund at PO Box 792, Antlers, OK 74523.
