On July 31, 1937 in Ringold, OK, Frank Lewis Miller and Margaret Louise (Malney) Miller welcomed into this world a beautiful baby girl, Frankie Ruth Miller. Frankie grew up one of nine children in Oklahoma and Texas.
She married Elmer Ray Belk on December 28, 1955. They were blessed with four precious children, three boys and one girl.
Frankie worked as a teachers aid and at Wells Lamont Glove Factory. She enjoyed gardening, reading, and crocheting. Frankie was also an active member of the Sobol Baptist Church.
Her parents, husband, two sisters, a brother, and a daughter-in-law, Judy Belk, preceded her in death.
She is survived by her sons: Stoney Belk and wife Tammy of Rattan, OK, Kenny Belk of Rattan, OK and Justin Belk and wife Abby of Ringold, OK; her daughter: Leta Brown and husband Doc of Haskell, OK; as well as eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson. She is also survived by two sisters, three brothers, and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
