Gary Dan Tallant, aged 73, passed from this life in Tulsa, OK on March 4, 2022. He was born on August 20, 1948 in Sobol, OK to Riley Tallant and Marie (Dees) Tallant.
Gary was a lifelong resident of Southeast Oklahoma, where he was able to enjoy his life as a true outdoorsman. He loved passing his time hunting and fishing. Gary was of the Baptist faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Riley and Marie Tallant; and brothers: Wayne Tallant and Virgil Noel.
Gary is survived by his brother: Don Tallant and wife Nancy of Purcell, OK; nieces and nephews: Vic Noel, Beth Noel, Jeff Tallant, Greg Tallant, Brad Tallant, Brian Tallant, and Amanda Crawford.
Services for Gary will take place on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at 10AM at Serenity Funeral Service in Antlers, OK . Interment will follow at the Corrine Cemetery. Pallbearers include Jeff Tallant, Greg Tallant, Brad Tallant, Brian Tallant, Gary Crawford, and Tanner Wilson. Honorary pallbearers will be: Edwin Dees, James Dees, and Charles Dees.
