Jeffery Don Self

Jeffery Don Self, 60, passed from this life on March 11, 2020 in Macomb, Oklahoma. Jeff was born April 20, 1959 to Jearl and Georgette Self in Antlers, Oklahoma.

Jeff graduated from Moore High School in 1977. He later started to work as a correctional officer for a juvenile detention facility and later at Mable Basset Prison. He married Pamela Renee Sullivan in Macomb, Oklahoma on January 5, 2000. Jeff enjoyed being a cowboy, whether riding horses with his friends and family to annual cattle roundups. He was also good at telling the wild cowboy stories. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Jeff will be truly missed.

Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents: Earl and Julia Self; brother: Doss Self; and a nephew: John Talon Jeffery Self.

He is survived by his wife Pam Self of the home; parents: Jearl and Georgette Self; brother: Paul Self; sister: Patricia Welch; uncle: Johnny and wife Marcia Self; aunt: Dolly Henderson; nieces: Leigh Harrison and Lindsey Self; along with numerous other family and friends.

A celebration of his life will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 12:00 PM at the Cloudy Baptist Church with Jake Self officiating.

Pallbearers will be Charlie Self, Jarred Burgett, Justin Sullivan, Justin Self, Larry Knapp, Marty Hill and Morgan Bailey.
