Jeffrey Lynn Davis, Jr., 48 of Rattan, passed from this life on August 30, 2022 in Rattan, Oklahoma. He was born on September 23, 1973 in Talihina, Oklahoma.

Jeffrey was a resident of Southeast Oklahoma for most of his life. He was a member of the Living Water Church of Antlers. Jeffrey was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and music. His family was the most cherished part of his life, and he thoroughly enjoyed family gatherings. Above all else, he loved spending time with his granddaughter and buying her all of her favorite things.

He is survived by his mother: Jo Ellen Scroggins and husband Carey of Rattan; father: Jeffrey Lynn Davis, Sr. of Rattan; children: Winston Davis, Donaven Davis, and Joel Davis and wife Hailey, all of Rattan; brother: Jonathan Davis and wife Jeannine of Fort Towson; step-brothers: Colby Scroggins, and Carey Scroggins, Jr. and wife Jessica; grandmother: Margaret Billy of Rattan; grandchild: Katie Lynn Davis of Rattan; as well as a numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

A family night will take place from 6-8PM on Friday, September 2 at Serenity Funeral Service. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 11AM at the First Baptist Church of Rattan with George Pigg officiating. Pallbearers include: Brent Jesse, Cade Davis, Adam Bennett, Mike Cayton, Joel Davis, Dyllan Billy, and Stanley Dunlap.
