Jesse James Tindell was born on February 14, 1950 in Oklahoma City, OK to Alfred and Emma Lois (Shelby) Tindell. He died on January 10, 2025 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 74.

Jesse lived most of his life in Antlers and the surrounding area after his military service Jesse moved back to the area and has been a member of the Darwin Baptist Church.

Jesse enjoyed the simple things in life, passing his time working, watching Westerns, and cutting firewood. He had been a resident of the Antlers area all of his life.

He is survived by 2 brothers: Don Tindell and Elvis Tindell; and 3 sisters: Sharon Messer, Karen Mansell, and Joy Davis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as 4 stepchildren and numerous grandkids and great-grandkids.

Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, Wife Faye Thompson, 2 brothers, and his 4 sisters.

Funeral services will take place on Friday, January 17, 2024 at 2PM at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel with Donnie Day officiating.
