Jimmy Ray Smithson was born on December 17, 1962 in Riverside, California to Kermit Smithson and Dorothy M. (Watts) Smithson. He passed from this life on October 26, 2022 in Antlers, Oklahoma at the age of 59.
Jimmy loved to spend his time fishing. He enjoyed going to the casino, listening to music, and reading. Jimmy was extremely proud of his Choctaw heritage.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Tim and Maggie Smithson of Muskogee, OK and Flim and Vinnie Watts of Rattan, OK.
Jimmy is survived by his sisters: Linda Smithson, Brenda Smithson, Barbra Smithson, and Jakie Smithson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
