Joshua Lee Brown

Joshua Lee Brown passed from this life on June 18, 2021 in Antlers, Oklahoma at the age of 35. He was born in Antlers to Paul and Melinda Brown on November 5, 1985, and was a lifelong resident of the area.

Joshua married Misty O'Roark on Valentine's Day, 2009 in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. He loved playing drums, listening to music, and working on cars, but most of all he enjoyed time spent with his family.

Joshua is preceded in death by his father: Paul Brown; and grandparents: James and Geneva Brown, and Ima Jean and Delbert White.

He is survived by his wife: Misty Brown of Broken Bow, OK; mother Melinda Young and husband Leroy of Antlers, OK; children: Abigail Brown, Dylan Kissee, and Timothy Kissee of Broken Bow, OK; his brother: Justin Brown and wife Brenda of Atoka, OK; and step-brothers: Jason and Justin Young.

Services for Joshua will take place on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at 10AM at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel with Terry Williams officiating. Pallbearers include: Josh Smith, Garrett Brown, Danny Dillishaw, Dylan Kissee, Casey Akard, and Chase Holaday, along with honorary pallbearers: Gavin Brown and Timothy Kissee. Interment will follow at Rocky Point Cemetery in Moyers, OK.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the trust account set up in Abigail Brown's name at Ameristate Bank of Antlers.
