Larry Lee Bird was born to Clarence Ray Bird and Sylvia Belle (Searls) Bird in Oak Hill, West Virginia on February 10, 1950. He passed from this life on January 11, 2023 at his residence in Antlers, Oklahoma. Larry was a veteran of the United States Navy.

He is preceded in death by his parents: Clarence Ray Bird and Sylvia Belle Searls Bird; brothers: Joseph Michael Bird and Billy Russell Bird; and late wife: Elsie Louellen Johnston.

Larry is survived by his children: LeeAnn Bost-Ellis of Jonesboro, AR, Zipporah Maebelle Stevens of Ashflat, AR, and Nelson Davis of Hamilton, MT; siblings: Charles Ray Bird of Aurora, CO, Judy Marie Delaney of Bedford, TX, Juanita Faye Owens of Buffalo, SC, David Wayne Collins of Hardy, AR, and Jerry Lynn Collins of Myrtle, MO; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Cremation services were entrusted with Serenity Cremations of Antlers, Oklahoma.
