Lela Jo (Ferguson) Campbell

Lela J. Campbell was born to Johnnie (Coffman) and Dial Ferguson on April 4, 1947 in Wright City, OK. She died peacefully at her home on March 11, 2022, with her family by her side.

Preceded in death are her parents, brothers: Doug, Kermit, Justin, and John; sisters: Gene Hannah and Emma Lou Wilson.

She worked at the glove factory in Hugo and then went on to get her bachelor's degree and became an RN. She loved her job very very much, helping others in their time of need until she retired.
Her passion was cooking for her family, sewing, and enjoying her grandkids and great-grandkids.
She assembled with the Rattan Church of Christ.

Lela is survived by her husband John Campbell of the home; brother: Larry Ferguson of Wright City, OK; sisters: Shelia Sellers of Hugo, OK, Diane (Sissy) Hawthorne of Wright City, OK, and Charlotte and Rogers Hutchins of Paris, TX; her sons: James and Evyonn Campbell of Antlers, OK and Kenneth and Rebecca Campbell of Sobol, OK; grandkids: Brett Campbell of Ringold, OK, Brooke and Dalton Cash of Swink, OK, Matthew and Marissa of Antlers, OK, Balon Campbell of Sobol, OK, and Jessie Campbell of Sobol, OK; and great-grandchildren: Trandon Campbell of Valliant, OK, Zailey Campbell of Sobol, OK, and Harley Cash of Swink, OK.

Services have been entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service and Serenity Cremations of Antlers, OK.
