Mark Owen Williams was born in Lawton, OK on April 18, 1969. He left behind his loving parents; brothers and sisters in law: Mick and Julie, and Robin and Jim; nieces: Hailey and Gracie; nephew: Dillon; uncle and aunt: Gary and Claudia; cousins: riding buddy Lon, Ted, and Greg; as well as many other family members, a multitude of friends, and three caring people who fought to save him. He left peacefully on March 10, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his sister: Rita; grandmother: Lottie who he loved dearly; and many other family and friends.

Mark attended and graduated from Noble High School and Vo Tech. He had lived in the Cloudy area for 24 years and loved hunting, fishing, and 4-wheeling. He fought health issues for 40 years and won each battles although he was small in stature. Mark lost his loving dog Jack during his last hospital stay. Finally God said, "Mark, I need you here", and Mark said, "My life is better left to chance. I could have missed the pain, but I'd have had to miss the dance."
