Judy (Getts) Calhoun went to be with her Lord on September 20, 2021 at the age of 79. She was born at home in Gladewater, Texas on June 10, 1942.
Judy married Jimmy C. Calhoun on October 12, 1958 at Wade Baptist Church. She graduated Tulsa University in 1970. Judy taught Antlers E.S. for 25 years, and thoroughly enjoyed the several years she worked at Betsy's Quilts. She loved quilting in her spare time and was currently working on an embroidered butterfly quilt. Judy loved her daughters, and missed her special granddaughter, Kristin very much. She loved all her grandsons immensely and enjoyed hearing about their lives. She could barely wait for Canaan to run into her house yelling, "Hey Meemaw!! You got any chocolate milk?!"
