Mary Dale Frazier, a proud lifetime resident of Southeast Oklahoma, passed away on August 2, 2023, in Antlers, OK. She was born to the late Isaac and Annie M. Frazier, on October 31, 1953, in Talihina, OK.

Mary was known for her work as a certified medical assistant and her involvement at the Old Cedar United Methodist Church in Finley, OK. She found immense joy in helping others.

Growing up in Southeast Oklahoma, Mary developed a profound connection with her Choctaw heritage. This cultural pride shaped her life and was a constant source of inspiration for her.

She was predeceased by her parents: Isaac and Annie M. Frazier; brother: Johnny L. Frazier; nephew: Dawson Primeaux; and great-niece: Haylee M. Madbull.

Mary is survived by her siblings: Ollie Madbull, Isaac (Tinker) Frazier, Tony Frazier, and Donell Frazier, all from Antlers, OK. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews: Misty Madbull, Jeffery Madbull, Anna G. Frazier; as well as great-nieces: Brittany Primeaux, Chloeaunna Madbull, Alexaunna Madbull, and a great-nephew, Mykol Primeaux.

Services will be held 2PM Monday at Serenity Funeral Service Chapel with interment following at Finley Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of Serenity Funeral Service of Antlers, OK.
