It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Matthew Reese Wilson, who was born and returned to Heaven on the same day, July 30, 2025. He spent his brief time in the loving arms of his parents, listening to the books they read to him.

Matthew is preceded in death by his grandma: Christy Kyle of Tuskahoma, OK; and great-grandparents: Doug and Linda Cagle of Nashoba, OK. 

He is survived by his parents: Woodrow and Whitney Wilson of Nashoba, OK; brother: Weslie Wilson of Nashoba, OK; sister: Mollie Chancellor of Nashoba, OK; grandparents: Mitch and Patty Davis of Nashoba, OK; great-aunt and uncle: Billy and Jennifer Peterson of Tuskahoma, OK; and aunts and uncles: Koble and Meadow Driver of Tuskahoma, OK, Mitchell and Gracie Davis of Antlers, OK, and Candace Wilson of Tuskahoma, OK. 

A graveside service will be held at the Nolia Cemetery in Nashoba, OK on Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 10AM with Bob Weeks officiating.
