Minnie Louise Cross, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on December 11, 2023 in Paris, Texas at the age of 67. She was born on April 20, 1956, in Coalgate, Oklahoma, to Thomas Watson Wolfe and Norma Louise (Ivey) Wolfe.

Minnie, lovingly known as Louise, devoted her life to her family and home, which were her pride and joy. She married her sweetheart, Robert Noah Cross, on September 24, 1971, in Atoka, Oklahoma, and together they built a life filled with love.

A dedicated homemaker, Louise poured her soul into creating a nurturing environment filled with warmth and beauty. She had an affinity for the simple pleasures of life, from flowers and plants to the joy of uncovering treasures in antique stores and mastering the art of bargain hunting. Above all, she adored her grandchildren and creating memories with them that will be treasured forever.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Norma Wolfe.

She is survived her husband, Robert Noah Cross of the home; her sons: Robert Noah Cross, Jr. and his wife Crystal of Antlers, OK and Christopher Lee Cross and his wife Adrian of Antlers, OK; her brothers: David Wolfe and wife Sharon of Texas, James Wolfe of Coalgate, OK Tommy Wolfe of Coalgate, OK, and Willie Wolfe of Coalgate, OK; sisters: Lela Woolf and husband Mark of Texas, Bonnie Eddings of Coalgate, OK, and Linda Cross of Centerpoint, OK; as well as her cherished grandchildren: Alexia Cristene Cross and Joshua David Cross, who were the apple of her eye.

Louise's dedication to her family and her passion for life's beauty have left an indelible mark on everyone she touched. Her legacy will be cherished and her memory will live on in the stories retold by those who knew and loved her.

Services for Louise will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 2PM at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel. Interment will follow at Butler Cemetery in Lane, OK.
