Naoma Fay Frazier was born on October 28th, 1946, to Elam Lee and Sarah Nohio Frazier. Fay was born and raised in Antlers OK. She was the youngest daughter of 7 children. After her parents passed, she spent her Senior year in Roswell, New Mexico. When high-school was over, she came back to Southeast Oklahoma and attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant.
Fay was blessed to marry her long time sweet heart and they had 3 children. She worked as a home health provider for over two decades. After retirement, Fay enjoyed beading, making Choctaw dresses, reading and taking care of her grandchild while her daughter worked. Her greatest joy was her children, grand children and great grand children.
Fay enjoyed being a part of the Choctaw Nation Senior Citizens Group and going on all kinds of trips and outings and sang Choctaw hymns for others to enjoy. She also won Choctaw Senior Citizen of the year for District #7 Twice and best Choctaw dress in fashion show. Fay passed away on November 25, 2025 at the age of 79 in Paris Texas. She will be missed.

She is survived by sister: Joanna Phenicie of Anahiem Calif.; brother: Harrison Samuel Frazier of Arizona; children: Jonna Lynn Williams of Finley OK, John Kenneth and Rachelle Williams of McDonald, KS; Garry Lee and Alissa Williams of Poteau, OK; Bonus Children: Jonathan and Carrie Williams of Atoka, OK, Justin and Anna Williams of Bryan, TX; Step-sons: Jimmy Phillips and Johnny Phillips Jr.; Special daughters: Karen Williams, Rebecca Crawford Williams, and Jacqueline Williams; Grandchildren: Krysten Faith and Kevin Shown, Bailey Blythe, Elizabeth Fay, Vivien, Sydney, Annalisia, Cale, Taryn Fay, Anika, Ariana, Millie, Jalyn, John Michael and Kyler Bush; great-grandchildren: Neal, Ryan, and Allie Shown; special Friends: Tom Parish, and John Williams; Aunt: Adeline and Wayne Hudson; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Family night will be held on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 6-8PM at Serenity Funeral Service. Funeral services will take place at 2PM, Saturday, December 6, 2025 at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel. Pallbearers include: Cale Williams, Kyler Bush, Neal Shown, Kevin Shown, James Armstrong, and Richard Armstrong. Honorary pallbearers are Ryan Shown, Michael Gibson, Warren Choate, and Edward Choate.
