Patricia Mae (Mills) Chandler

Patricia Mae (Mills) Chandler passed from this life at her home in Spencerville, OK on August 18, 2021 at the age of 80. She was born on September 6, 1940 in Denton, TX to Buster and Alta Mae (Harris) Mills.

Patricia married Bill Chandler on March 17, 1955, and together they owned and operated Chandler's Grocery Store in Aubrey, TX. She loved tending to her animals and her garden. Patricia was well known for canning the best beets and jellies, and even won first place for them. Although she enjoyed making good food for all her family, she especially loved making delicious cookies for all her grandchildren. Patricia was one of the most selfless people ever on Earth, was good to all she met, and will be incredibly missed by all whose lives she touched.

She is preceded in death by her husband: Bill Chandler; son: Randy Chandler; her parents: Buster Mills and Alta Mae Mills; and two sisters.

Patricia leaves many behind to celebrate her memory, including her children: Billy "Bebo" Chandler and spouse Kathy of Aubrey, TX, Elizabeth Ann Hankins and spouse Lupee of Sawyer, OK, Cathy Cannedy and spouse James of Paris, TX, Steve Chandler and spouse Barbara of Aubrey, TX, Jimmy Chandler and spouse Lori of Sawyer, OK, and Donna Goodwin of Merit, TX; brothers: BL Mills and spouse Beth of Sulphur Springs, TX and Ronnie Mills of Arlington, TX; sisters: Nancy Cathey and spouse Earl of Chandler, TX, Jennifer Dickson and spouse Joe of Aubrey, TX, and Pam Daughtry and spouse Mike of Missouri; grandchildren: Amy Lee Fitzgerald and spouse Trey, Billy Jason Chandler and spouse Britnie, Stephanie Lynn Morlatt and spouse Shane, Misty Gaile Redfearn and spouse Lee, Billy Craig Jackson and spouse Calie, Shannon Hise and spouse Terry, Patricia Rust and spouse Kevin, Tifaney Sampson and spouse JD, Jennifer Chandler, Whitley Powell, Colby Chandler and spouse Kira, Royce Chandler, Misty Diaz and spouse Gabriel, and Kayla Higginson and spouse Donny; great grandchildren: N'Keal, Tia, Cali, Jacie, Rose, Bubbas, Rikki, William, Piper, Addline, Tanner, Sophie, Hailey Isabell, Logan, Brooke, Carter, Brailey, Landry, Lee, Chevy, Cash, Clayton, Payton, Adilee, Dailee, Nolan, Macie, Dax, Kylie, and Malachi; great-great-grandchildren: Caliyah and Jaylah; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services for Patricia will be held on Sunday, August 22, 2021 at 5PM at the Blanton Creek Cemetery in Bagwell, TX with Pastor Jamie Stevenson officiating. Pallbearers include: Bebo Chandler, Steve Chandler, Jimmy Chandler, Billy Jackson, Jason Chandler, Payton Chandler, Colby Chandler, and Royce Chandler.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude's Hospital in honor of Patricia.
