Patsy Ruth Brittingham entered the garden of heaven on January 10, 2022.
She was born in Joslin Valley in Snow Oklahoma on April 21st, 1943 and married Rogo on July 9th, 1964.
Patsy was a lifelong resident of the Moyers area where she created long-lasting and sincere relationships with those around her. She loved deeply and created a home where everyone was welcomed.
Patsy was humble, kind, and generous. Her compassion toward others was evident in every action she took. She never wanted anyone to go without and went out of her way to make certain that others had love, food, clothing, and flowers.
Patsy enjoyed working in her flower gardens, found great joy in taking care of the birds and butterflies that visited, loved spending time with her family, and finding a good garage sale.
Patsy is preceded in death by her son Michael Garry Brittingham, her sister Barbara McIver, her brother Lewis Dees, and her parents JD Dees and Rubye Helm.
Patsy is survived by her husband Rogo Brittingham of 57 years, her children Debbie Everett and husband of Tulsa, Rocky Brittingham of Antlers, Paula Brown and husband of Antlers, Steven Brittingham and wife of Durant, and Tim Brittingham of Tulsa. She is also survived by her ‘bonus’ sons Eddie Marshall of Montana, Gordon Fredrick of Moyers, and Stephen Williamson of Tulsa. Her living sisters are Lavonne Burt of Clayton, Phyllis Fleming of Wilburton, Melissa Robinson and husband of Stanley, and Polly Ray and husband of Kiowa. Patsy is also survived by her Aunt Helen Stobaugh of McAlester. Patsy and Rogo have numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and a multitude of extended family and friends.
