Patty Wade Obituary
Patty M. Wade was born on April 9, 1953 in Talihina, OK to Sampson Wade and Josephine Fobb-Wade. She went to be with her Lord on December 6, 2021 at the age of 68.
Patty was the backbone of the Antlers Presbyterian Church. She was a devoted volunteer and beloved leader of the womens' prayer group. Patty received her Clerical Degree from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. She was an avid fan of the University of Oklahoma Sooners.
Patty leaves many behind to celebrate her memory, including her children: Kini Wade of Moore, OK, Michael Wade of Antlers, OK, Marlisha Wade of Durant, OK, and Leah Williams of Antlers, OK; brother: Forrest K. Wade of Lexington, OK, Terrance Wade of Norman, OK; sister: JoAnna Coser of Stillwater, OK; grandchildren: Bobby Green of Hugo, OK, Kaylynn Green of Moore, OK, Cody Green of Hugo, OK, and Krysha Green of Madill, OK; cousins: Jackie Renteria of Antlers, OK, Jeri and Jeff Payne of Miami, FL, Joel and Janie Fobb of Homestead, FL, Jeffrey and Sandra Fobb of Fort White, FL, Nancy Fobb of Bushnell, FL; and countless nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and friends, including Virginia Hammons of Antlers, OK, and Amber Henslee of Antlers, OK.
Services for Patty will be held on Friday, December 10, 2021 at 10AM at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the First Presbyterian Church in Patty's honor.
Services are under the direction of Serenity Funeral Service.
