Becky was born August 10, 1980, in Louisville, KY, and is the daughter of Richard David Allen and Denise Rachele (Dorsey) Hatchett. Becky loved crafting, shopping, attending concerts, eating, relaxing, road trips, going for walks, swimming, watching football, DIY projects, watching television, creative writing, and napping. She was her children’s #1 fan and had lots of decals on her car to support them. In her younger years, she was a baton twirler and dancer, she played the piccolo and flute for the marching band, and was a frequent pageant performer.
Preceding her death were her maternal grandparents, Sam Dorsey and Bethel Dorsey of Louisville, KY, her paternal grandparents, Dan Allen and Francis Allen of Youngstown, Ohio, and her mother, Denise Rachele (Dorsey) Hatchett of Roscommon, MI.

“She always cared for her kids dearly. She was the person who we could talk to and would not get mad at us for what we had to say.” -Destiny VanPelt
“You were always there beside me, encouraging me and pushing me to be the best I could be. I don’t know how we will make it without you. I love you.” -Sadie Lawrence
