Roger Dale Payne was born September 10, 1954 in Antlers, Oklahoma to Joseph Edward and Lois Jane (Conley) Payne. He passed from this life April 28, 2020 in McAlester, Oklahoma.
Roger proudly served in the United States Army and the Army National Guard. He enjoyed fishing, camping, hunting, and spending time with his family. Roger was always willing to help anyone that asked.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Joseph and Lois Payne.
Roger is survived by his son: Kevin Joseph Payne and wife Tiffany Payne of Moyers, Oklahoma, and sister Linda Leona Moon and husband Dwayne Moon of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; along with many other relatives and a host of friends.
Services for Roger will be held at a later date.
