Russell Odell Williams was born in Oklahoma City, OK on October 26, 1963 to Chester Williams and Mildred (Young) Williams. He passed from this life on July 13, 2025 in Idabel, OK at the age of 61.

Russell was a lifelong resident of Southeast Oklahoma, and he was of the Pentecostal faith. He enjoyed all things outdoors, especially his animals and building things.  Russell loved puzzles, crafts, and visiting with friends, often simply smoking and sipping on a soda. Above all else, he cherished time spent with family.

Russell is preceded in death by his parents: Odell and Inez Williams; and sister: Kathy Lawless.

He is survived by his children: Daniella Allen and husband Jason of Antlers, OK, Alisha Lawless and husband Wade of Valliant, OK, and Rusty Williams and wife Candace of Sapulpa, OK; grandchildren: Madison Sorrells, Kynlea Sorrells, Jarett Sorrells, and Radley Williams of Antlers, Jayden Lawless, Jansen Lawless, and Jentry Lawless of Valliant, Greg Williams and wife Corrina, and Maverick Williams of Sapulpa and great-grandchild: Emorie Williams of Sapulpa.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 12PM at Serenity Funeral Service in Antlers.
