Ina Sue Jones, 86 of Antlers, went to be with her Lord on October 15, 2022. She was born in Salem, Kentucky on October 27, 1935 to Carl Guess and Elva Agnes (Fryer) Guess.

Sue married Abraham Jones on April 27, 1972 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and they had called Southeast Oklahoma for the last 50 years. She was of the Methodist faith, and volunteered much of her time at the Choctaw Nation Senior Citizen Center projects, local food bank, and just helping anyone around that needed any type of assistance she could provide. In her free time, Sue enjoyed keeping her hands and mind busy by gardening, quilting, reading, and cooking for her church.

She is preceded in death by her mother: Elva Guess; father: Carl Guess; step-mother: Mary Guess; brothers: Marvin Guess and Jim Guess; and sister: Elenza Johnson.

Sue is survived by her spouse: Abraham Jones; children: Eric Johnson of Indiana, David Johnson of Antlers, OK, and Michelle Baze and husband Scott of Rattan, OK; sisters: Barbara Millsap and husband Charles of Michigan, Nancy Peters of Antlers, and Clara Jones of Broken Arrow; grandchildren: Brittanie Grimmett and husband Justin of Rattan, Stephanie Rogers and husband Clay of Antlers, Cassidy Anderson and husband Daniel of Antlers, Kaitlyn Baze of Rattan, Jacob Baze of Rattan, Nicholas Johnson of Antlers, and Nikoma Johnson of Antlers, OK; great-grandchildren: McKinna Raye Grimmett, Avery Dean Rogers, Savage Jack Grimmett, Maddox Steven Anderson, Harper Pearl Rogers, and Sean Henry Anderson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and relatives.

Funeral Service for Sue will be held at the Serenity Funeral Service Chapel on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at 10AM with Ernie Baker and Tim Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Antlers City Cemetery. Pallbearers include Darrell Jones, Jacob Baze, Clay Rogers, Justin Grimmett, Donny Jones and Tim Jones. Honorary pallbearers include: Daniel Anderson, Johnny Baze, Mark Baze, Rob Baze, Russell Baze, and Jr. Jones.
