Susan Johnson, 59, passed from this life on December 18, 2025, in Rattan, Oklahoma. She was born December 20, 1965, in Hugo, Oklahoma, to Clyde Johnson and Janie "Skeet" (Morris) Johnson. 

Susan lived in the Rattan area for the majority of her life. She was known for being "the cookie lady" and the love she put into cooking for the kiddos and employees at the Cabbage Patch Daycare in Hugo, where she worked for over thirty-five years. Susan enjoyed fishing, watching Christian Hallmark Movies, and playing dominoes and other games with anyone who would sit down and play with her. She was a prayer warrior and had many prayer buddies. Susan loved spending time with her niece and nephews. She cherished the time spent with her family and friends, and never hesitated to put everyone else first. Susan was always willing to lend a helping hand and was loved by all who knew her. She will be truly missed. 

She is preceded in death by her parents: Clyde and Janie Johnson; Hollie Green; and great nephew: Waylon Johnson.

Susan is survived by her sister: Carla Reed and husband Keith of Rattan, Oklahoma; nephew: Andrew Johnson of Rattan, Oklahoma; great nephews: Chris Johnson and Rainey of Moyers, Oklahoma, Chance Johnson of Rattan, Oklahoma, Mason Ryan of Lane, Oklahoma, Elijah Rodgers of Rattan, Oklahoma, and Isaiah Bagley of Rattan. Oklahoma; niece: Miya Bagley of Rattan, Oklahoma; as well as numerous other relatives and a host of friends. 

Susan's family would like to say a special thank you to the Cabbage Patch Daycare, for all the love and support they have shown Susan over the years, and Elara Caring Hospice for the kindness and delicate care they have Susan and her family. 

A Funeral service for Susan Johnson will be held 10AM,  Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at the Spencerville Church, in Spencerville, Oklahoma, with Jonathan McDaniel and Raymond Humphrey officiating. Interment will follow at the Spencerville Cemetery. 

Pallbearers include: Shancy Nelson, Ronnie Whittington, Allan Whittington, Jimmy Harvey, Dalton Tadlock, Chris Johnson, Chance Johnson and Adam Allensworth. Honorary pallbearers include: Brenda Whittington, Diana Oakes and Christy Tadlock.
