Terence Patrick Lyons was born on December 8, 1962 in Summit, NJ to Thomas Lyons and Roberta Alma Lyons (née) Chammings. He passed from this life in Antlers, Oklahoma on May 24, 2025. Terence had resided in Oklahoma for the last 3 years. Prior to that he had spent 30 years in Dover, DE.

Terence was born and raised in New Jersey. In his early years he enjoyed motorsports and late night visits to Jersey diners. He was a huge Pittsburgh Steeler and New York Mets fan. He enjoyed watching WWE and UFC matches, and was a vintage car enthusiast. Terence also enjoyed computer games and loved watching classic horror movies and the Godfather trilogy, from which he would often quote famous lines like "Leave the gun, take the cannolis." Known to his friends as "Terry", he was always quick with a joke. He will be missed for his wit, humor, and his kind soul.

He is preceded in death by his father and mother: Thomas C. Lyons, Jr. and Roberta Alma Lyons (née) Chammings.

Terry is survived by his siblings: Thomas C. Lyons, III of Davie, FL, James M. Lyons and spouse Cathy of West Milford, NJ, Roberta M. Lyons of Dover, DE, and Susan E. Walls of Dover, DE; he also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, as well as grandnieces and grandnephews.

His family wishes to thank the staff at Antlers Manor for their care and the Bundy family of Clayton, OK for their support.

Terence will be inurned next to his parents at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Camden, DE.

Services have been entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service and Cremations of Antlers, OK.
