Terry Wyrick Obituary
Terry Glen Wyrick of Antlers, Oklahoma, born to Patricia Ann (Conner) and Robert Glen Wyrick in Carlsbad, NM June 10, 1956, passed away Tuesday September 14, 2021 in Sherman, TX.
He served his Lord and savior as pastor of a small flock of believers in Antlers, OK for over 25 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, but especially loved conversation and was glad to talk with anyone who would listen. He was passionate in his beliefs and had a genuine concern for others that showed through to anyone who had the opportunity to meet him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Patricia Ann Wyrick and Robert Glen Wyrick of Antlers, OK.
He is survived by his sister Debra Ann Hinojosa and her husband Luis Hinojosa of Broken Arrow, OK and his brother Kerry Dale Wyrick and wife Debra of Cove, AR. He is also survived by his four children, Jennifer Rose Tucker of Atlas Community, TX – Jamie Lynn Wyrick of Powderly, TX – Sarah Felicia Moon of Honey Grove, TX – and Christina Leanna currently residing in Tulsa, OK – as well as ten grandchildren and one more on the way. There are also many extended family and friends who will miss his genuine laughter and good hearted nature as he celebrates with his Savior anticipating their eternal reunion.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at Serenity Funeral Service to help the family with funeral expenses during this difficult time.
Services for Terry will be held 1 PM September 25, 2021 at Serenity Funeral Service with interment following at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
Family Night will be Friday September 24, 2021 from 6 to 8 PM.
