Timmy Juston Foster, 67 of Snow, OK, passed peacefully from this life on April 15, 2026. Tim was surrounded by his loving family and friends at St. Francis Hospital in Muskogee, OK. He was born September 4, 1958 to Carroll Lee Foster and Joyce Andrea Carmichael in Elkhart, KS. Tim graduated Weatherford High School in 1977. He married Cheryl Rymel Foster in Dallas, TX at an intimate ceremony on August 19, 1978. 

Tim was one of the finest and hardest working men you'd ever meet. He never met a stranger nor had an enemy. He loved his ranching and farm life but he really enjoyed spending time with his kids, grandkids, all family, and friends. This is what brought his heart the most joy. 

Tim was preceded in death by his dad: Carroll Lee Foster; mother: Joyce Andrea (Carmichael) Self; his loving stepdad: Tommy Self; and in-laws: Buddy and Esther Rymel. 

He is survived by his wife of 47 years: Cheryl Rymel Foster of the home; sons: Josh Foster of Portales, NM, and Caleb Foster and Chenoa of Finley, OK; brother: Mike Foster and Teresa of Gordon, TX; sisters: Conni Foreman and Rod of Willow Park, TX and Brenda Trammell and John of Witt, TX; sister-in-law: Susie Rymel Alumbaugh and Jeff of Alvarado, TX; aunts and uncles: Marilyn Gregg, Mary Ann Ward, Sammy Joe Rymel and Claudia Rymel; grandkids: Shelby (Isaac), Cierra, Jocelyn (Mason, Justine (Shelby), RileyAnne, Rylee, Peyton, Christopher; great-granddaughter: Cassidy; nieces and nephews: Scotty, Ayla, Cassie, Brooke, Ranch, Bronc, and Enslay. He leaves behind a very long list of special relatives and long time friends that he loves dearly. If you were part of his tribe you knew and felt his love. 

A family night will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026 from 5-7PM at Serenity Funeral Service of Antlers. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 10AM at the One Creek Valley Church in Finley, Oklahoma with Pastor Andy Johnson officiating. Pallbearers include: Justus Landreth, Andy Heath, Caleb Foster, Charlie Bruce, Isaac Henderson, and Josh Foster. Honorary pallbearers are: Billy Kelly, Shelby Butler, Joe Childers, and Jerry Bones. Interment will follow at the One Creek Cemetery.
