Tristen Hargrove Obituary
Tristen Robert Hargrove, 20 of Antlers, passed from this life in Tulsa, OK on April 29, 2022. He was born in Corpus Christi, TX on April 30, 2001 to Robert Dale Hargrove, Jr. (TJ) and Christie Lynn Proffitt.
Tristen loved skating and fishing. He was known to his friends as a "kicks connoisseur" and a passionate fire maker. Tristen played a large part in LIP Clothing Co. He could always be found having a good time and making everyone around him smile. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with those he loved, and they will greatly miss him.
He is preceded in death by Shirley Johnson, Noah Allen Shoemake, Jeffery Ferguson, Inez Gildren "Nana I Nana", Annie Gene Rosalis, Robert Jordan Clifton, and Alice "Honey" Tabor.
Tristen is survived by his brothers: Nolan Hargrove of Antlers, OK, Rodgerik Engebretson of Austin, TX, and Trent Cantu of Maxwell, TX;sister: Berlynn Dawn Warnick of Aransas Pass, TX; parents: TJ Hargrove of Aransas Pass, TX, Christie Lynn Proffitt of Midway, AR, Lori Dawn Gilden of Aransas Pass, TX, Dennis Coker of Mountain Home, AR, and Misty Strange of Antlers, OK; grandparents: JD Johnson of Finley, OK, Edie Gildren of Aransas Pass, TX, Tubby Hargrove of Cuero, TX, Debbie Hargrove of Aransas Pass, TX, Charles Mark Proffitt of Summit, AR, Janis Ellen Jamison of Granville Summit, PA, and Patty Gilden of Aransas Pass, TX; and great-grandparents: Joanne Nelson of Mountain Home, AR and Karen McMurray of Granville Summit, PA.
Services for Tristen will take place on Friday, May 6, 2022 at 2PM at the Antlers Church of Christ with Brent Franks officiating. Interment will follow at Finley Cemetery. Pallbearers include: Nolan Hargrove, Rodgerick Engebretson, Blade Strange, Talan Malakowsky, Jeremy Jordan, Wesley Hunsucker, Ian Conley, and David Hargrove. Honorary pallbearers will be: Bailey Messer, Avery Noah, Aiden Noah, Eric Neese, David Reese, Nick Hill, Lucas Austin, AJ Craft, Alan Malakowsky, Raven Bowden, RJ Dillishaw, Tim Spann, Ryan Phillips, Isiah Conley, Jacob Jones, Hunter Simpson, Jerry Graham, James Graham, Brad Bradley, and Dylan Bell.
Services have been entrusted with Serenity Funeral Service of Antlers, OK.
